A fight at the High School Koco Racin in Skopje

What happened: On 05.03.2019, at 4:40 p.m., at SEI Skopje, it was reported that on the same day, around
4:10 p.m., the public peace and order was disrupted on Lihnida Street (High School Koco Racin) with a fight
among three individuals (one 16 and two 17-years old) on one side and four individuals (three 17 and one
16-years old). The police issued minutes and determined a misdemeanour pursuant to Article 11, paragraph
3 from the LMPO.
Date, time and place of incident: 05.03.2019, at 4:40 p.m., Lihnida Street (High School Koco Racin), Skopje.

2. Location – the event occurred at a high school attended by students from different ethnic
communities, with events of similar nature registered previously, and in a municipality populated
by a diverse ethnic population, where intolerance thrives among ethnic communities.

Response of the local authorities: The case was registered as a misdemeanour pursuant to Article 11,
LMPO.
