What happened: On 09.09.2019, at 11:50 a.m., at SEI Skopje, a bus driver employed at the Public Transport
Company Skopje reported that around 11:30 a.m., on the Aleksadnar Makedonski Blvd., on a public bus
line no. 65, the public peace and order was disrupted with a physical altercation, preceded by a verbal
argument, between S.М. (19) and a 17-year old underage girl, on one side, and D.H. (20) and a 16-year old
underage boy, on the other, all four from Skopje. The police filed minutes for a determined misdemeanour
pursuant to Article 11 from the LMPO.
