What happened: On 04.04.2019, at 9:00 p.m., at SEI Skopje, it was reported that the public peace and order
was disrupted with a physical altercation among R.J. (35), R.N. (33) and S.I. (33), all from Skopje, on one side,
and F.S. (32), T.C. (22) and A.M. (29), all from Skopje, on the other side, on Smilevska Street (Municipality Gjorce
Petrov). The police issued minutes on a determined misdemeanour pursuant to Article 11 from the LMPO.
Date, time and place of incident: 04.04.2019, at 9:00 p.m., on Smilevska Street (Municipality Gjorce Petrov).
