1. Pattern of incidents – these are two of the four stabbings that occurred in Skopje on that evening,
following a basketball game where also a massive fight occurred (not Hate Crime related).
2. Nature of violence – The incident was carried out in public.

information of public character sent by the Committee that they are undertaking the necessary
measures for clarification of the case.
