What happened: On 06.12.2019, at the Police Station Chair, an underage boy from Skopje reported that he
was physically assaulted around 7:45 by several other minors with a sharp object, and suffered an injury at
Aleksandar Urdarevski Street. He was transferred to the City General Hospital St. Naum Ohridski, and after
receiving medical care released home for treatment. The police identified the perpetrators and is taking
measures to completely solve the case.

Response of the local authorities: Written notification issued to PPPO Skopje against the four minors for
having committed the criminal offence “Violence” pursuant to 386 from CC of RNM.

the country and the co-existence among different ethnic groups in society, and reflect particularly poorly
on children’s development and conduct.
