What happened: A fifteen year old boy from the village of Kadino was physically attacked by five or
six other juveniles aged 16 to 18 for no apparent reason, in front of the JSP office at the Transport
Center. The MoI’s daily bulletin states that they are taking measures to identify the perpetrators and
fully solve the case.

regarding this case stated that the misdemeanor of “Physical Assault” pursuant to Article 12 of
the Law on Misdemeanours against the Public Order was in question and that they were still taking
measures to solve the case.

between the two largest communities in the country.
