What happened: On 04 February 2019, around 09:20 a.m., at the Police Station Dracevo it was reported
that on Kitka Street, near the Public High School “Brothers Miladinovci” in Dracevo an altercation occurred
among students, whereupon A.B. (17) from the village of Vrezale wounded with a knife R.D. (18) from the
village of Batinci, Skopje. R.D. was transported to the City General Hospital “St. Naum Ohridski,” while A.B.
received medical care at the PHI Dispensary Dracevo. A.B. was detained at the police station, and five other
students who participated in the altercation were also called in at the station.

against R.D. (29), B.А. (19), B.М. (19), M.А. (19), А.B. (16) and B.А. (16), all from Skopje, on the grounds of
reasonable suspicion of having committed the criminal offence “Violence” pursuant to Article 386 from the
CC of RNM.
Impact on the victims and the community: These types of incidents call into question the general safety in
the country and the co-existence among different ethnic groups in society.
