What happened: SEI Kumanovo pressed criminal charges against three minors aged 15, 16 and 17 from the
Kumanovo villages Umin Dol and Ljubodrag on the grounds of reasonable suspicion of having committed
the criminal offence “Violence”. On 11.12.2018, the reported individuals physically assaulted a 17-year old
from Kumanovo on Done Bozinov Street, inflicting injuries on his head.
