What happened: A 13-year-old minor, a member of the Macedonian community, was beaten up by 7
students, members of the Albanian community from a different school, while he was waiting for the
bus at a bus stop on his way from school to home. The minor was punched and beaten, after which he
lost consciousness and ended up with bodily injuries. The minor was harassed by one of the attackers
even the day before the incident.
Date, time and location of the incident: 22 March, around 10 o’clock, bus stop near “Toli Zordumis”
School in Kumanovo.

initiation of a misdemeanor procedure to the Primary Court in Kumanovo, Juvenile Judge.
