What happened: At the bus stop near ASUC in the residential area of Avtokomanda, several unknown
perpetrators physically attacked one 16 year old boy in JSP bus no. 50, following which they got off
and fled in an unknown direction. The MoI’s daily bulletin states that they were taking measures to
identify the perpetrators and fully clarify the case.

regarding this case stated that the misdemeanor of “Physical Assault” pursuant to Article 12 of the
LMPO was in question and that they were still taking measures to solve the case.

of the two major ethnic communities in the country.
