What happened: On 16.10.2019, around 11:35 a.m., at SEI Skopje, it was reported that the public peace and
order was disrupted with a physical altercation between an underage boy from the village of Jurumleri and
another from the village of Idrizovo in front of a school in Jurumleri. The underage boy from v. Jurumleri
received medical care in the Clinical Centre “Mother Theresa”. Measures are being taken to solve the case.

Response of the local authorities: On 16.10.2019, SEI Skopje pressed criminal charges to PPPO against one
individual for having committed the criminal offence “Severe Bodily Injury” pursuant to Article 131 from
the CC of RNM.

the country and the co-existence among different ethnic groups in society, and reflect particularly poorly
on children’s development and conduct.
