What happened: On 22.03.2019, at 5:45 p.m., at SEI Skopje, it was reported that on Franklin Roosvelt Street,
in a restaurant, the public peace and order were disrupted with a fight among: F.Ј.(18) from Vizbegovo,
Skopje region and E.R. (18) from Skopje on one side, and А.K. and I.А.(25) from Skopje on the other. A
knife was used in the altercation. A doctor from the Clinical Centre “Mother Theresa” determined that I.A.
suffered severe bodily injuries, while a doctor at the General City Hospital “St. Naum Ohridski” found that
F.J. and A.K. suffered bodily injuries. The three individuals are guarded by police, while measures are being
taken to find E.R and completely solve the case.

regarding the criminal offence Violence pursuant to Article 386 from the CC of RNM. Measures and activities
are being taken to solve the criminal offence after which criminal charges are going to be pressed against
all four individuals from Skopje.
Impact on the victims and the community: These types of incidents call into question the general safety in
the country and the co-existence among different ethnic groups in society.
