physically assaulted by another pupil on 22.05.2019, at 3:00 p.m., at the Primary School Naum Naumovski
Borche. The police is working on solving the case.

1. Ethnicity – the victim and attackers belonged to a different ethnic community;
2. Gender – girl assaulted by a male fellow student;
3. Location – the event occurred at a school attended by pupils from different ethnicities, more
precisely Roma and Macedonians.

Response of the local authorities: The authorities determined a misdemeanour pursuant Article 34 from
LMPO.
