What happened: On 13.05.2019, at 3:12 p.m., at SEI Skopje, the Emergency Centre within the Clinical Centre
“Mother Theresa” reported that a 13-year old pupil from the Petar Zdravkovski Penko Primary School in
Butel was admitted injured. After the police intervened, it was discovered that the pupil was physically
assaulted in the school’s sports hall by several pupils from the same school. Measures are being taken to
solve the case.

Response of the local authorities: Written notification filed to PPPO Skopje notifying it on three children
aged 14 regarding the criminal offence “Violence” pursuant to Article 386 from CC of RNM.

the country and the co-existence among different ethnic groups in society, and reflect particularly poorly
on children’s development and conduct.
