2. Pattern of previous incidents – This incident was preceded by similiar incidents from the previous
days, when the SDSM headquarters in Prilep, the village of Drachevo, the village of Sopishte and
Bitola were stoned.

Response of the local authorities: The MoI’s response to the MHC request for public information
regarding this incident stated that the crime of “Damage of Objects of Others” is prosecuted upon
the filing of a private lawsuit in accordance with Article 243 from the Criminal Code and that they
were still working to clarify the incident and identify the perpetrators.
