What happened: On 06.11.2019, at 2:00 p.m., at SEI Skopje, Ј.М.(50) from Skopje reported that around noon,
his underage son was physically assaulted by two of his peers in a high school yard in Skopje. Measures are
being taken to solve the case.

Status of case: Criminal charges pressed.
Response of the local authorities: SEI Skopje pressed criminal charges before the PPPO Skopje against the
two underage boys for having committed the criminal offence “Bodily Injury” pursuant to Article130 from
CC of RNM.
