What happened: On 02.09.2019, at 01:45 a.m., at SEI Skopje, it was reported that on a public bus, line no.
57, on the Krste Misirkov Blvd. in Skopje, the public peace and order was disrupted after a mutual argument,
followed by a physical altercation between Е.K. (31) and B.R. (30), both from Skopje, on one side, and А.Е.
(20) from Skopje on the other. The police filed minutes for a determined misdemeanour pursuant to Article
11 from the LMPO.
