What happened:<\/strong> The external office for criminal affairs in Gostivar filed a criminal charge against A.S. (17) from the village of Cegrane, due to the reasonable suspicion for committing the crime of “threatening with a dangerous weapon during a fight”. On October 4, he was involved in a fight with S.R. (18) from the Republic of Croatia, residing in the village of Dobridol, in the yard of a secondary school. During the fight A.S. tried to injure S.R. with a sharp object, but he was prevented in his intention.<\/p>\n

Brief description of the incident with bias indicators:<\/strong> In this incident the bias motive is the different ethnic origin and the fact that the involved spoke different languages, with the bias indicators being:<\/p>\n

  1. Ethnicity \u2013 <\/em> the perpetrator and the victim belonged to different ethnic community<\/li>\n
  2. Citizenship \u2013 <\/em> the involved in the assault have different citizenship<\/li>\n
  3. Language \u2013 <\/em> the involved in the assault spoke different languages<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
