\naffi liation and the bias indicators are:
\n1. Damage to an object \u2013 the billboard contained political material of the DUI party;
\n2. Pattern of previous incidents \u2013 this incident is the latest in the growing trend of damaging billboards

\nResponse of Local Authorities: In MOI\u2019s response to the Committee\u2019s request for public information
\nregarding this incident, it is stated that after the reporting of the event, UPS of SIA Kumanovo
\ninvestigated the billboard placed on \u201c11 Oktomvri\u201d and \u201c11 Noemvri\u201d Street in Kumanovo, and thus
\nit was established that unknown perpetrator(s) ripped the poster on both sides of the billboard.
\nThe incident was photo-documented by the investigation team of SIA Kumanovo and the Public
\nProsecutor of PPO Kumanovo was notifi ed about the incident. Additionally, the response stated that
\nmeasures were being taken for solving the case.
