What happened: Two seventeen-year-old students from the \u201cVlado Tasevski\u201d Secondary School were
\nattacked by 10 to 15 unknown persons who were students at the same school. Just before the attack,
\nthe perpetrators got off the JSP bus no. 50. The doctor who examined the two minors established
\nbodily injuries and one of the minors was held for further medical treatment.<\/p>\n

\n1. Assumed difference in ethnicity \u2013 due to the different ethnicity of the students in the aforementioned
\nsecondary school, it is possible that the perpetrators and the victims are of a different ethnicity;
\n2. Nature of the violence \u2013 it was a public incident.<\/p>\n
Status of the case: Under investigation.
\nResponse of Local Authorities: In MOI\u2019s response to the Committee\u2019s request for public information
\nregarding this incident, it is stated that an authorized person from JSP gave a statement for fi ling of
\ncriminal charges on 05.08.2016 at the PS \u201cGjorche Petrov\u201d, and that SIA Skopje was taking measures
\nand action for resolving the incident and establishing the identity of the perpetrators who would face
\ncriminal charges.
