\nthe school the pupils attend, the ethnicity of the victims may differ from the one of the perpetrators.

Status of the case: Misdemeanour charges pressed.
\nResponse of local authorities: The Ministry of Interior stated via Answer upon a Request for infor-
\nmation of public character sent by the Committee that it has filed misdemeanour charges against the perpetrator for the act of Fight, according to the Law on Misdemeanours against Public Peace
\nand Order. However, there has been no answer as to the fact that indicates to the possible motive
\nof the crime.
\nImpact on the victim(s) and the community: This type of incidents brings into question the general
\npolitical situation in the country and the cohabitation between the Macedonians, on one side and
\nthe Albanians as the two largest ethnic communities in the country, and additionally influences the
