\nBrief description of incident with bias indicators: The bias motive in this incident is ethnic origin,
\ncitizenship or language, and the bias indicators in this incident are:
\n1. Presumed difference between perpetrator and victim on ethnicity – Due to the mixed ethnic composition of
\nthe population in the village of Tabanovce (the village this train line leads to), the ethnicity of the
\nvictim may differ from the one of the perpetrator.
\n2. Nature of violence \u2013 The incident was carried out in public.
\n3. Lack of other motives.<\/p>\n
Status of the case: Under investigation.
\nResponse of local authorities: The Ministry of Interior stated via Answer upon a Request for infor-
\nmation of public character sent by the Committee that it has conducted multiple conversations with
\nmembers of local community, but they don\u2019t have any additional information thus far. The Police are
\ncontinuing to work on clarification and documentation of the case.
\nImpact on the victim(s) and the community: This type of incidents brings into question the general political situation in the country and the cohabitation between the Macedonians, on one side and
