What happened: An unknown person stoned a bus in motion on the route Avtokomanda-Saraj. The
\nincident occurred when an unknown person, broke several windows by throwing stones at the \u201cJutong\u201d
\nJSP bus in Skopje on \u201cBoris Sarafov\u201d street in Skopje. The incident occurred three and a half hours
\nafter the stoning of four cars after the football match between \u201cShkendija\u201d and \u201cMlada Boleslav\u201d.<\/p>\n
Date, time and location of the incident: 29 July, around 00:30, on \u201cBoris Sarafov\u201d Street, Gjorche
\nPetrov, Skopje.

\nBrief description of the incident with bias indicators: In this incident, the bias motive is ethnicity,
\nnationality or language and the bias indicators are:
\n1. Assumed difference in ethnicity \u2013 the bus transited through an area inhabited by people of a different
\nethnicity; the street where the bus was stoned is located in an area inhabited by people of different ethnicity;
\n2. Nature of the violence \u2013 it was a public incident;
\n3. Pattern of previous incidents \u2013 during the same night, only three-and-a-half hours before this
\nincident, four automobiles had been stoned after the end of the football match between \u201cShkendija\u201d
\nand \u201cMlada Boleslav\u201d.<\/p>\n
Status of the case: Under investigation.
\nResponse of Local Authorities: In MOI\u2019s response to the Committee\u2019s request for public information
\nregarding this incident, it is stated that on 05.08.2016, an authorized person from JSP fi led a report
\nin PS \u201cGjorche Petrov\u201d for criminal charges as well as that SIA Skopje took measures and action for
\nsolving the criminal case and establishing the identity of the perpetrator who would face charges.
\nImpact on the victim(s) and the community: This incident calls into question the ethnic coexistence
