What happened: In Skopje, on St. Mitropolit Teodosij Gologanov, a Mercedes with Skopje license
\nplates, stopped in front of the headquarters of the political party \u201eGROM\u201d where around 100 citizens
\nwere gathered, S.R. got out of the vehicle and took out a knife and handcuffs, and threatened the
\ncitizens present at the location after which he left in his vehicle.<\/p>\n

\naffiliation or political conviction, and the bias indicators are:
\n1. Target location \u2013 the target location was the headquarters of a political party
\n2. Perception of a person involved in the incident \u2013 in his media statement, the president of the political
\nparty GROM, Stevcho Jakimovski, said that the political party SDSM had sent criminals from the
\nunderground, to attack activists from GROM.<\/p>\n
Status of the case: Unknown.
\nResponse of the local authorities: The MOI\u2019s response to the MHC request for public information
\nregarding this incident stated that police officers from SIA Skopje arrived at the scene and saw
\nthe Mercedes with Skopje license plates stopping in front of the headquarters of \u201eGROM\u201d and S.R.
\nand E.S. getting out of the vehicle, swearing, threatening and offending the citizens and activists
\nof the political party present. With the aim of clarifying this incident, the police interviewed three
\npersons, and S.R. and E.S. were brought in for interrogation, at the same time, the incident was
\nreported to the Public Prosecutor who instructed the officials to interrogate the persons and invite
\nother persons and evidence from the scene, and submit all the material along with a notification to
\nthe Basic Public Prosecution in Skopje. Moreover, the Violent Crime Unit of SIA Skopje submitted a
\nwritten notification no.28.11.2\/02-616 dated 18.10.2017 to the Basic Public Prosecution.
