\n2. Pattern of previous incidents \u2013 this incident was preceded by previous incidents from the previous
\ndays, when the party headquarters of the political parties VMRO-DPMNE and SDSM were damaged in
\nseveral locations, i.e. around several municipalities around the City of Skopje.<\/p>\n

\nResponse of the local authorities: The MoI\u2019s response to the MHC request for public information
\nregarding this incident stated that when the incident was reported the Crime Scene Investigation unit,
\npolice officers from the PS in Chair photographed the crime scene and told the people responsible
\nfor the headquarters to file a report, however the report was still not submitted by the time the MoI
\nsent its response.
