What happened: Immediately after the end of a football tournament at the level of secondary schools
\nfrom Skopje, in the secondary school \u201cZef Ljush Marku\u201d, at the last bus stop of bus no. 9, the students
\nfrom the SPS Ilinden were approached by a group of about 30 people, most of them students in SPS
\n\u201cBoro Petrushevski\u201d, who by using various objects, attacked the students from SPS \u201cIlinden\u201d. Five of
\nthe total of nine students went to see the school principal and informed him about the incident,
\nwhereby he reported it to the EIK Skopje. The students who had sustained injuries, were sent to CH \u201cNaum Ohridski\u201d to get medical treatment. The persons D.M. (18) and D.A. (18) were found to have
\nsustained severe bodily injury, while B.S. (18), M.N. (18) and N.S. (18) were found to have sustained
\nbodily injuries. MoI\u2019s daily bulletin stated that they had taken measures to fully clarify the incident.<\/p>\n
Date, time and location of the incident: 7 February, around 15:30, in the vicinity of the secondary
\nschool Zef Ljush Marku.

\nimmediately after the sports match, is ethnicity, citizenship or language, and the bias indicators are:
\n1. Assumed difference in ethnicity \u2013 due to the different ethnic origin of the students studying in the
\nsaid schools, it is possible that the members of the two groups were of different ethnicity;
\n2. Nature of the violence \u2013 the incident took place in public.<\/p>\n
Status of the case: Unknown.
\nResponse of the local authorities: The MoI\u2019s response to the MHC request for public information
\nregarding this incident stated that regarding this criminal offence, SIA Skopje had submitted a
\nwritten notification to the Basic Public Prosecution in Skopje about the criminal act \u201cViolence\u201d,
\npunishable under Article 386 from the CC. KU. No. 1347\/17.

\nin the country in general, the coexistence of different ethnic groups in the society and the safety of
