What happened: On 20.10.2018, the Sector for Computer Crime and Digital Forensics under the Ministry
\nof Interior submitted a Notification for revealed content which contain calls to violence or announcements
\nof behavior which would jeopardize someone\u2019s safety, and which had been posted on Facebook profiles in the
\npast 24 hours and were adequately documented.
\nCriminal charges will be pressed against G.T. (48) from Skopje for spreading hate speech and Endangering
\nthe safety of the MPs in the Assembly of North Macedonia in accordance with Article 319 and Article 144
\nparagraph 4 of the Criminal Code to the competent Prosecutor\u2019s Office, MoI informed.<\/p>\n

\nVictim(s) involved: Apart from material damage, there were no victims in this incident.
\nType of crime(s): Inciting Hatred, Discord or Intolerance on National, Racial, Religious and other
\nDiscriminatory Grounds (Article \u0447\u043b.319) and Endangering the safety (Article. 144 paragraph 4 CC).
\nPerpetrator(s): G.T. (48) from Skopje.
\nBrief description of the event with bias indicators: In this incident the bias motive is political affiliation
\nor political convictions, and the bias indicators are:
\n1. Pattern of previous incidents \u2013 incidents where such crimes were committed via social media had
\npreviously been registered as well.<\/p>\n
Status of the case: criminal charges pressed to the competent PPPO.
\nResponse of the local authorities: To the request submitted to MoI in relation to this incident, asking
\nwhether there are indicators verifying hate crime in this case, we got a response in January 2019, stating
\nthat in regard to this case, they submitted criminal charges for the crimes under Article 3019 and Article 144
\nparagraph 4 to the competent PPO for further action
