What happened: On 24.11.2019, around 3:20 p.m., in the Skopje region, police officers from SEI Skopje
\ndeprived from freedom \u0410.N. (20), H.Gj. (22), D.\u041c. (18), D.S. (24), D.G. (20) and four underage boys, all from
\nSkopje. The listed individuals had previously, on the \u201cMacedonia Square\u201d, near the Stone Bridge, as part of
\na fan group of 25 people, threw hard objects towards the police officers and were prevented to pass the
\nbridge. In addition, they physically assaulted four minors, all from Skopje, on Kej 13ti Noemvri Street. The
\npublic prosecutor was notified about the event. Charges are going to follow after the case is completely
\ndocumented.<\/p>\n

Status of case: Misdemeanour charges pressed.
\nResponse of the local authorities: Ten individuals were detained, 9 were issued with misdemeanour fines
\npursuant to Article 31 from the Law on Prevention of Violence and Indecent Behaviour during Sport Events,
\nwhile minutes for the misdemeanour \u201cNeglected Care by a Parent or Guardian\u201d pursuant to LMPO were
\nissued to the parent\/legal guardian of the 10th individual, who was underage.
\nImpact on the victims and the community: These types of incidents call into question the general safety in
\nthe country and the co-existence among different ethnic groups in society, and reflect particularly poorly
