What happened: On 08.04.2018, at 01:00, at the Police Precinct in Gjorche Petrov E.S. (51) reported that
\non 07.04.2018 his son E.S. (17) had been intercepted by two unknown persons around 22:30, while was moving
\ndown the \u201cAngel Vinichki\u201d street. One of them took out a knife and stabbed him in his left thigh. The minor was
\ntransported to the General City Hospital \u201c8 September\u201d in order to get medical aid and the doctor found that
\nhe had sustained bodily injury. Actions are taken to fully clarify the case.<\/p>\n

\nResponse of the local authorities: MoI\u2019s response to the request for information states that this case has
\nbeen solved and was registered as an offence against the public order and peace under Article 11 of the Law on
\nOffenses against the Public Order and Peace (author\u2019s note: the case was registered as a fight, not an assault).
\nMoI\u2019s explanation was that in accordance with the standard police procedures and in consultation with PPPO,
\nthey were unable to find criminal attributes to this case, so they registered it as a misdemeanor!
