What happened: On 05.03.2019, at 9:10 p.m., at SEI Skopje, it was reported that on Skupi 2 Street, the
\npublic peace and order was disrupted with an altercation among J.S. (27), \u041c.S.(35) and \u0410.S.(25) on one side,
\nand S.Z.(24), Gj.Z.(33) and two more minors aged 17 and 15 on the other. The police issued minutes and
\ndetermined a misdemeanour pursuant to Article 11, paragraph 3 from the LMPO.

\n1. Ethnicity \u2013 the victims and attackers belonged to a different ethnic community. In this part of
\nthe city (in the vicinity of the village of Zlokukjani and Momin Potok) the population belongs
\nto different ethnic communities, mostly Macedonians, Roma and Albanians.
