What happened: The Cyber Crime and Digital Forensics Department at the Ministry of Interior in
\ncoordination with the Primary Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office \u2013 Kumanovo undertook measures and
\nactivities on the grounds of a post shared on Facebook by A.B. (36) from Kumanovo, which resulted
\nin endangering the safety of MPs from the Assembly of the Republic North Macedonia and on the
\ngrounds of spreading racial and xenophobic materials via an information system, i.e. reasonable
\nsuspicion for the criminal offence of \u201cEndangering the Safety\u201d under Article 144 and \u201cSpreading
\nRacial and Xenophobic Material via an Information System\u201d under Article 394 from the Criminal
\nCode of RNM.
\nThe Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office \u2013 Kumanovo on 15.01.2019 issued an order for A.B. to be
\ncalled to an official conversation at a police station, whereupon several objects were seized with
\nthe purpose of gathering evidence. After the case was documented, criminal charges were pressed
\nagainst A.B.
