\n1. Difference in ethnicity \u2013 in this part of the city the population is of mixed ethnicity, and also, the buses
\nthat stop at the bus stop connect residential areas with mixed ethnic structure. In this specific case, the
\nvictims were of Macedonian ethnicity, from Kavadarci (a town with ethnic Macedonian population) and
\nmost of the people who use bus no. 55 are of Albanian ethnicity;
\n2. Pattern of previous incidents \u2013 conflict situations and clashes between young people of different
\nethnicity on buses or at bus stops.
\n3. Location – 55 the incident took place on bus route no. 55<\/p>\n

\nrequest submitted to MoI in relation to this incident, asking whether there are indicators verifying hate crime
\nin this case.
